Sennheiser

Sennheiser was founded in Germany in 1945 by Dr. Fritz Sennheiser as 'Laboratorium Wennesbostel', initially manufacturing tube voltmeters and microphones.

Run by the Sennheiser family for over 75 years, Sennheiser has become a leading manufacturer of audio products. Legendary products like the Sennheiser HD 800 have made the Sennheiser name synonymous with quality, innovative research, and outstanding technical performance.

In 2022, the consumer electronics division of Sennheiser was spun off into Sennheiser Hearing and acquired by Sonova AG, a leading medical device and communications company based in Switzerland.
