The AF160Mk2 is a refresh of the popular AF160, designed by the Aussie company Audiofly. The AF160Mk2 brings a brighter and more detailed sound signature. The AF160Mk2 comes bundled with a 1.2m removable MMCX cable, terminated in a 3.5m right angled plug. The cable is a high spec Audioflex™ braided cable made with a Cordura® fabric outer sheath for great durability. The AF160Mk2 is a triple driver earphone with a balanced armature driver for high frequencies, and mid frequencies, and 2 balanced armature drivers for low frequencies. The result is a bright and detailed sound signature, with an emphasis on the high frequencies, and detailed but slightly rolled off bass frequencies. Vocals are given a backseat to allow the treble detail to be presented.
