True to form for a Fiio product, the F9 is a high performance earphone that comes with a generous set of accessories. The F9 includes two sets of cables: one set with inline mic and controls, and one set of balanced cables for use with high end DAPs and DAC/Amp combos. The Fiio F9 also comes bundled with two different types of ear tips that let you tailor the sound to your preference between clearer sound and a bassier punch. A hard shell case is included for easy transportation, making this a great travel pair of IEMs.
The Fiio F9 incorporates a hybrid design system consisting of two balanced armature drivers and a single PEK based dynamic driver.This combination results in a powerful bass response and distinct highs. Some people find the highs of the F9 somewhat aggressive, so if you are sensitive to high frequencies we do recommend the Fiio F9 Pro.
