Minidisc is looking forward to welcoming you back to our Chatswood store from Monday, 11th October!

As per NSW public health orders, please be aware of the following:

For all customers:

Check-in on arrival, and present this completed check-in (green tick) to staff.

If you aren't able to check-in with the QR code, we can check you in manually.

Wear a face mask when you're in the store.

We can provide you a face mask if you do not have one.

The store will be limited to 1 customer every 4 square metres.

We might ask you to limit your time in the store, or you may need to wait to enter.

If you present a valid proof of COVID-19 vaccination:

Equipment demos and in-store purchases will be available.

We may ask you to limit your demo time.

If you don't present a valid proof of COVID-19 vaccination:

You can still pick up a click and collect order.

We can't assist you with in-store purchases. Please order online, or contact us.

For product support and warranty requests:

If you'd like to drop off your item in-store, contact us beforehand for a service ticket.

We aren't able to provide in-store support at this time.
