The MvixPVR combines the features of a Media Center and a NAS Drive in a single device.

The NAS (Network Attatched Storage) drive gives you the ability to share and back up your data across your personal network, allowing you to access your data anytime and anywhere in the world thanks to DDNS service.

You can easily move data on and off your MvixPVR from your PC.
By connecting the MvixPVR to your network you have ability to stream contentfrom computers on your network and watch it on your TV.
You have the option to connect the player via a network Ethernet cable or with the built in WiFi Receiver.

Enjoy Full HD video quality of up to 1080P with the HDMI output; you can also connect it to your TV by Component and composite.

The MvixPVR supports hard drives up to 1.5TB allowing you to store and view favorite your multimedia. You can watch movies, play music and view your pictures.
With a huge support of file formats, you can literally put any media file on the player to play back. If you are after high quality movies, the MvixPVR supports H.264 playback.
Now, instead of cramming in front on your computer screen, you can watch your movies on the big screen.

With internet access, you have the ability to access popular video sharing websites, music sites and more.
What’s even more exciting is the built in Bit Torrent Client. This allows you to set your MvixPVR to download files directly onto its own hard drive, and the play it back directly once it has finished. As well as convenient, it will also save you from leaving your computer on to download.

The newest feature addition to the Mvix range is the ability to record; by connecting your external device (such as TV Set top box), you can record your videos onto the hard drive. This opens up the ability to schedule recordings so you never miss your favorite TV Show again.

With the built-in iPod Dock, you can connect your iPod and even iPhone to play your content onto your TV, you can even record it!

Recording
Using MvixPVR, you can record a movie you are watching on a real-time basis with a single remote controller click. Also, while the recording is in progress, you can check the movie being recorded. Using Playback menu, you can view the title of the movie being recorded. When playing a recorded movie, you can view it frame by frame in slow motion with the 'Slow' key of the remote control. This function is convenient when watching sports or movies with fast action.

Time Shift
MvixPVR supports time-shift functionality. The movie you are watching can be temporarily paused on a real-time basis. You can pause a film at any time so you will not miss out on a show for unexpected reasons. The movie can then be un-paused and viewing can continue again uninterrupted. Also, one can pause a time-shifted movie to watch something that was recorded and immediately play it while the live movie is temporarily paused. This way, you can view the missed parts by rewinding or in slow motion. (Time shift does not create a recorded file.)

Scheduler
MvixPVR supports scheduler function that executes recoding by automatic booting on the pre-set date and time even when the product function has been stopped...

MvixLive is a powerful online platform that allows MvixPVR users to enjoy free unlimited real-time broadcasting streaming content on their TV.
Utilising online RSS technology Mvix expand your viewing experience to enjoy popular websites delivering you on-the-fly films, digital photos, music and even weather updates.
Tons of great media content available on the Web can be consumed directly at your television with a few clicks of your remote control.

Edit Recordings
MvixPVR supports the basic function to easily edit movies. You can simply cut, separate, split, merge and copy movies with just the remote control.

UPnP Server
UPnP server can be implemented. MvixPVR supports free DDNS so that you can connect to internal HDD of PVR not only from a local PC, but also from a PC connected via the internet. This function can be used from an external device that supports UPnP client.

iPod Dock
Docking with an iPod is possible. When mounting a product that supports the TV-OUT function in the iPod dock, you can use the display or recording function together with charging through MvixPVR. Also, MvixPVR remote control function can be used to remote control a connected iPod.

Multimedia Play
High Resolution HD-level File Play: MvixPVR supports the max. of 1920xl080 interface scan to provide clear and high resolution picture quality.

Supporting Diverse Movie Format Types
MvixPVR supports a variety of files, such as not only the HD-level TP, TS and TRP files, but also MPEG, DivX (3/4/5), Xvid, DAT, ISO, DVD (VOB, IFO) and MKV / WMV / ASF / MOV (if using trans-code server), etc. You can conveniently enjoy watching movies anywhere as long as you have access to a display device, such as TV, etc. (supporting SD-level film play for MKV).

Convenient Copy
After copying a recorded media file with FAT32 partition, you can copy it to a network-connected PC. Also, by using this, the file can be copied from high-speed net (PC) to MvixPVR HDD or to USB storage device connected to MvixPVR.

MvixPVR supports a variety of music sources, such as MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA, AC3 and DTS, etc. As the player supports fast rewind / forward functions, you can quickly find the desired part for listening.

Digital Photo Album
