As a commitment to providing quality products we only choose to stock high quality gear from leading brands that have a known manufacturing history and exceptional quality control. For the best interest in our customers we choose not to provide products with inferior quality and poor support. Unlike our competitors we focus on quality product and product support. We hand pick our products in mind of our customers, we make sure that the product will meet their expectations and warranty and support (if needed) will be worry and fuss free.

Unlike many other Web Stores we hold stock of most of our products; this gives us an advantage as we can ship your order as soon as we receive it. Many web stores use a system called “Drop Ship” where when they receive an order they contact their distributor to send out the customers order on the web stores behalf. As there are many stores also wanting the same products (and most the time in bulk), the majority of the time the customer is left waiting as they are queued behind other stores who have ordered out the product. In some cases you could be waiting over a month for the product to arrive.
The web store also has very limited knowledge of the where about of the order once it has been shipped out so the customer will have double the work to find out the status. The Drop Ship system gives Web Stores less control of stock and orders therefore they are unable to provide customer service to the full extent.
For the best interest in our customers we rather not follow the same path, we have full control of your orders by stocking most of our products and dispatching our orders “in-house” allows us to track your order in further detail. This gives us a greater edge to provide you the best possible customer service.
